Very beautiful accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pool is great - we are both swimmers and the clever design meant we could do our laps. Gardens are lush and well maintained. Private beach is amazing and very peaceful.

I stayed at Mosvold Villa as a treat at the end of my Sri Lanka trip, drawn in by the promise of luxury and beachfront relaxation. The rooms are large, stylish, and very comfortable, and the beach view is truly stunning. In the off-season, the beach feels almost private - I went for a run each morning and had it entirely to myself most morning. The sunbeds overlook the sea, and the setting is peaceful and serene. The staff were generally kind, especially the pool team who were warm and attentive.

We had a lovely top floor room with amazing view. The private beach was great and felt very secluded. The spa was a welcome treat.

The property is in a lovely location and fabric of a great hotel from bygone era, but needs maintenance and renovation, which hopefully under new ownership will occur. The staff were helpful, food was good.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Niyagama House. We really enjoyed the Bliss Yoga package with Elka as well as the morning meditation. Elka is an excellent yoga teacher moulding her classes to suit the participants. After 4 days of yoga, swimming, wonderful food and accommodation we felt fantastic! The whole experience is highly recommended.
