Amazing boutique hotel with lovely rooms and incredible service. The breakfast was generous, authentic and delicious! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful especially the manager who was always available to help and share interesting facts about Sri Lankan food! There were always staff cleaning the hotel and gardens and felt like a lot of care went into the surroundings. Would definitely em recommend staying here.

Spectacular hotel in a gorgeous location. Birdsong in the morning, elephants in the distance, delicious Sri Lankan food and impeccable service. I always appreciate the open and minimally intrusive design. One of my family’s favorite places to stay.

The quietest retreat in the area! The accommodations are cleverly designed with total privacy. Rooms are bright and spacious. The terrace with views on the paddy fields is definitely a strong point. If you want to enjoy a refreshing, rejuvenating stay, this is the place. On the top of it, the host, Sunita, was exceptional. She cared for us beyond expectations. The food was gorgeous and not too spicy. We will go back there to stay longer than just one night... Totally worth it!!!

There isn't much bad to say about this hotel. It is a stunning hotel with beautiful rooms and gorgeous view. The team were so so friendly and I was unwell and they all asked after me. Particularly Samantha and Sunith in the restaurant couldn't do enough to make sure your stay was perfect. Ronson on reception was also lovely, they really went that extra mile to make sure your stay was above and beyond. The pool setting is lovely and the rooms are just perfect

Incredible boutique hotel. The staff are lovely and very accommodating, organising tuk tuks and providing restaurant recommendations. The property itself is a stunning paradise. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The owner Raveen is very hospitable and even drove us all the way to Kandy!

Believe all of the positive reviews. Atha is a lovely, family run boutique hotel that offers exceptional value and a perfect base for exploring the area. Tharusha and his family provide the warmest of welcomes and everything feels very personal - from the airport pick-up to the expert advice on what to see and do. The service and hospitality are truly exceptional. The design of the hotel is lovely, the food is great (the full Sri Lankan feast is a must), and every aspect of our 5 day stay was an absolute pleasure.
