The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Mexico City and was walking proximity to some of the best shops and restaurants in Polanco! Rooms were also super clean and staff very helpful!

The staff was awesome everyone from the sécurity , host at the desk , Cook and Bartender. Good job Alice , Ruben , David ! And thanks for the senior at the desk and the security guy who helps me to extend my stay by walking me the bank late during the night

The hotel is walking distance to all the tourist attraction near Historic District in Mexico City. The breakfast is okay and save you time to look elsewhere early morning. Room is value for money and has good amenites including hot water , drinking water, soap, shampoo, lotion and TV has all the subscriptions. I might come again to stay but the hotel should work on their wifi connection every other service is good.

Bed was comfortable, Room is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was superb. I have cooked indian food also in the hotel. Amazing experience.Thanks for this. I am happy that i stayed on this hotel for my business trip.

The historic look of the hotel and the people were fantastic. Special shout out to Carlos the bell boy. You can tell he loves his job and made the stay memorable.

The hotel is clean and well managed. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the location may not be the most scenic but it’s quite safe, pretty central and you can reach the main attractions/popular areas within 20mns walk. Reception & cleaning staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I told them prior to booking that I was sensitive to noise and they gave me a very quiet room on the top floor. They also left me keep the key rather than leaving it at reception every time I was going in and out which I appreciated. I did not realise it was a love hotel prior to booking but it’s a very safe, comfortable and budget option and I’ll happily come back soon.

everything was beyond expectations

The 17th century palace has been exquisitely renovated. Difficult to capture in photos/Even More impressive than the photos. There’s something to see that wows around every corner. The rooms are super cool, spacious & interesting. Staff excellent, efficient & delivered a 5 star service. They made us feel extra special for our anniversary & every request was dealt with very promptly.

In my eyes, the couple bad reviews on here don't do the place justice. When I arrived at the main gate at night a kind security guard walked me all the way to the reception, where a very polite receptionist handled my checkin quickly and gave me all the instructions I needed to find my room. The room itself is rather simple, it only has beds and lockers, but everything worked and was clean. As the windows open to the courtyard, there was very little noise. The bathroom is well dimensioned for a hostel of this size (6 showers, 6 sinks, 6 WC) and the water pressure was perfect. Also, you get a big comfy towel at checkin. The breakfast that's included is a simple one, sure, but you can't expect a big buffet at this price, and the coffee was surprisingly good. So yes, all in all I'm very happy with my stay, felt safe and well taken care of all the time and did get some good sleep. However, if you're looking for a party/community hostel, this is not the right one for you.

Fantastic breakfast buffet and amazing staff. The room was new, clean, and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again.
