Major upgrade since my last stay here in 2021. Truly wonderful job done at renovating the entire hotel, right from the lobby to the rooms. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Conveniently located 1 minute walk from Maashaven metro station. The restaurant and bar in the hotel provides excellent service.

Strategically located in the heart of Rotterdam, this family owned boutique hotel is a real gem. It was wonderfully refurbished with a great taste and effort but it has an interesting story as well, being the place where Mr. Pincoff had his office and his vault. The rooms are voluminous and very luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dank u!

Good location (next to tram station, about 30 minutes' walk to the center), clean, friendly staff, great Internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen, even though the cupboards were empty (you can ask for anything you need, so no complaints there). The room I stayed in was large and comfortable. Overall it was pretty quiet.

The whole place was magical, like the whimsical brainchild of Beatrix Potter and Lemony Snicket. I would return to Dordrecht just to stay here for the weekend! It was such a pity we planned only one night. The food was lovely, the decor quaint, and the room extremely comfortable. Book here for a memorable stay. Tips: be sure to book your restaurant spot in advance, it was full up during our stay.

Best thing about this hotel is location, the building, design, and last but not the least are people. Never had so much good interactions with all people working in a hotel. At first, we booked just a room, and after recommendations from a friend we also reserved a table for dinner, and finally a table for breakfast. We also wanted to get a haircut for my son in barber shop, but we didn't have a reservations so we'll leave that for the next time :-)

We really enjoyed our stay! The executive room we had was very nice and spacious and in a quiet area! We had a nice dinner in the club room, then went for drinks in the captain´s lounge before going to enjoy our room a bit. The next morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and then went for a tour to learn more about the ship and the history - would definitely recommend! The staff was very friendly and super helpful!

The concept, it is a boat. how cool is that. Also is centrally located whit plenty of transport options nearby like the metro and the sprinter. Also many restaurants and shops in the area.
