The room gives a good cave vibe within budget. Staff is very friendly and cordial and helped us with our queries whenever required. The room and the bathroom was very spacious, clean and luxurious . They welcomed us with assorted nuts which was good gesture from them. They served us a table full of breakfast(which me and my wife could not finish :D). They also have multiple levels of terraces which are nice to enjoy the view of the hot air balloons over Goreme early in the morning.

The hotel is very central and easy to access. The rooms are cozy and warm (we went in December) and the staff is super nice and helped us book tours. We had the chance to go on a tour with Mehmet who truly made our trip special. He was great, funny and very knowledgeable. We had a fantastic day thanks to him! Great view overlooking the city from the breakfast area was certainly a plus!
