ens can cancelar la reserva tot i havent avisat i canviant la targeta cisa tal com ens van demanar. vam avisar que arribàvem a la 1 de la matinada i wue no cancel ed-din la reserva. La varen cancelar. al final la van re instaurar pero sl check out l endemà ens varen retenir fins wue es van assegurar que ens havien carregat bé la visa. Tracte horrible! gens recomanable.
