Landmark Creek Hotel is a boutique four-star hotel complex located in the park of the Rowing Channel in Plovdiv – the greenest and most picturesque area of the city. The room was of adequate size and endowed with all the necessary facilities. Some facilities were pleasing like the music in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was very nice. The air conditioning was not oriented towards the bed, so we could let it function at low ventilation during the night. The access to the outdoor pool and the breakfast were included in the price. The breakfast buffet contained a large range of food and drinks. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the receptionist called a taxi for us, and we were at the tourist objectives within minutes. Also, when returning, we took the first taxi, and the taxi driver knew the name and the location of the hotel.

Villa Paris ligt in Hisarya, naast de Romeinse colonnade in het archeologische gebied van de stad. Het biedt een spa met een gratis sauna en hot tub. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar in alle ruimtes. Our stay was fantastic! The free breakfast was great 👍. The place took us to a time in history, it was cozy and relaxing. Family Hotel at Renaissance Square is goed gelegen in het centrum van Plovdiv, op 17 minuten lopen van Internationale Beurs van Plovdiv en 600 meter van Romeins theater van Plovdiv. Nice small hotel in old town of Plovdiv. Room was spacious enough, comfortable, with good air conditioning (in August, it is important), quiet location. Owner was a very helpful man, with perfect English, providing detailed information on Plovdiv, from interesting points to practical things. Breakfast was excellent, with local delicious dishes. The hotel is featured by a classical wood decor (with all the modern facilities), almost a "boutique" hotel - we liked it very much. Important: if someone browse hotels in downtown-old town Plovdiv on the Booking's map, it is not obvious, that there is a steep valley between the old town and the modern (well, modern ? From the 19th-early 20th century) downtown, that cannot be passed on foot. This hotel is just on the way between the 17th-18th century old town and the present time downtown. So, it was an excellent location for us, interested in both historical Plovdiv and present day downtown - all the important places were in walking distance (in fact, we parked our car in front of the hotel, but we did not use it for the three days we spent in Plovdiv)

Het hotel is op een goede locatie omdat alles op loopafstand is. De gezellige restaurantjes en terrasjes. Als je van shoppen houdt, ben je in de juiste omgeving. Het OV is ook goed geregeld alleen moet je weten welke richting je moet gaan en tja dat weet de Tourist information en natuurlijk de vriendelijke dame van hotel Dafi kon mij precies vertellen met welke bus ik naar de Mall Plaza kon gaan. De collega receptionist was ook zeer behulpzaam...Hij belde een taxi voor mij.

Noviz Hotel heeft een uitstekende centrale ligging, dicht bij het nationaal park Bunardzhik en op slechts 7 minuten rijden van de internationale beurs van Plovdiv en het treinstation. The room was bright, clean and spacious. It was centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish I had time to experience the breakfast because I had a tour lined up. But the brief breakfast that I did have was wonderful.

Het Chateau Copsa Complex is gelegen op een heuveltop bij het dorp Moskovets en wordt omgeven door wijngaarden. Het was een geweldige belevenis in het midden van Bulgarije. De uitleg over het ontstaan en het maken van diverse top kwaliteit wijnen was duidelijk terwijl de gratis proeverij een genot was. Het ontbijt, de lunch en het dinner overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Het is een 5 star hotel omgetoverd in een Chateau van wereldklasse. Een aanrader voor iedereen die onderweg is naar Sofia of de Zwarte zee.
