Had the longest sleep in a long while on our vacation due to the very large and comfortable bed/pillows. We traveled each day via the subway which was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the station at the university. Staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was a small selection but very fresh and sufficient.

We had a problem and we needed to change our reservation and they made all the process easy and smooth and even gave us an upgrade for our second night. They also prepare us a take away breakfast as our flight was very early and needed to leave before breakfast hours. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing and with some things home made (and the staff there again excellent and friendly). We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Montreal.

The breakfast was very nice every single day. The rooms were super clean and there were more than enough towels and supplies in the room. The heating in the room was also very good considering how cold it was during Christmas.
