Tento historický hotel byl postaven v roce 1890 a byl jedním z prvních hotelů v Lauterbrunnenu. We loved our stay here. Perfect location easy walking distance from the train station. The view was just incredible! We were in a frontal falls view room #9. It was perfect. Waking up to the view of the falls and alps is something I will never forget. And drinking champagne on the balcony at night. Everything was spotless, room and bathroom nice size. Plenty of room for our luggage. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. And the dining room has views of the falls and mountains. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful! Would just bend over backwards to make you happy. Especially the young woman at reception. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

My husband and I stayed on the top floor of this hotel for 6 glorious nights. The staff were all top notch. We have zero complaints. Our time in Murren and the surrounding Berner Oberland will be one of our favorite memories for the rest of our lives. The views from the room, and everywhere else you go, is like a picture postcard. If we are ever lucky enough to return, we would stay at the Alpina without question. Roger was particularly terrific!

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Lokalita Murren je moc pěkné místo s viditelnou historií Švýcarska. Milá obsluha.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Quant and cosy hotel since 1666?! I like the wooden building architecture and Swiss cottage feel. Breakfast was splendid.

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. An extremely beautiful hotel. The breakfast is elegant, varied and delicious. The location is fantastic, close to Interlaken Ost station. The treatment and services are second to none. We thank the staff for their hospitality.

Hotel Brienzersee se nachází přímo nad jezerem Brienzersee, pouhých 5 minut jízdy od centra Interlakenu. Nabízí pokoje s nádherným výhledem a terasu u jezera. It's a bit away from the Interlaken Ost but the bus runs every 30 minutes to take you to and from the train station. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and after you get off the bus, it's quite easy to find the hotel as well. The view from the balcony of the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Interlaken area.

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Modern and very stylish place. Very nice and helpful staff. Very high level hospitality. Beautiful breakfast, afternoon coffee with the cake was very nice addition.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. Spectacular location, wonderful service, we were positively surprised by the whole experience.
