A special thanks to Ricardo Soares and his staff, so kind and so thoughtful. Food was great, and the hotel has a really good vibe. Definitely recommend this one if you are staying in Interlaken, it’s not far from the centre and Interlaken Ost station. Loved everything about it, very clean and cosy, and very traditional too.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We’ve booked it for the honeymoon never regretted it and the Spa is absolutely gorgeous the best in the world I would say.

Situated in Wilderswil, 16 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Hotel Berghof Amaranth features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We received a complimentary room upgrade through the Genius program, which was great. The room was spacious, warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed, plus a balcony. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety. There were plenty of free parking spaces available, which made things very easy. Pets are allowed, which was perfect for us. Overall, we liked everything and had a wonderful stay.

The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif. By far one of the best services I’ve had in a hotel. Comfortable, warm rooms, wide spaces to be explored and extremely friendly and polite staff in reception. Breakfast was always varied, we had scrambled eggs and bacon on request! The hotel itself has perfect Mountain View’s and is located in such a quiet and peaceful area which is 5 mins from the station, supermarkets and shops. Sir Jean Louis was an excellent host, spoke many languages, was very caring and knowledgeable of all things Swiss! He even gave us a few USB sticks with his Swiss research. I’ll definitely be returning to enjoy the summer. Thank you to all hotel Rössli staff !!!

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. Great location, calm street but 2 min from train station and 5 min from cafe and restaurant area. Good rooms and breakfast. We were family of 5 and used 2 different rooms great WiFi. Hotel has great outdoor, terrace and common canteen area with tea/coffee provision any time !!
