LUGANODANTE Boutique & Lifestyle Hotel is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Lugano, op 4 minuten lopen van treinstation Lugano en 1,3 km van Expositiecentrum Lugano. The family room was quite big for 4 people. The living area fits one sofa bed and one foldable bed. There are sliding door to separate the bedroom and living area totally which was ideal. Bathroom and toilet are large and separated. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic, we stayed on Christmas Day had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and both were tasty! The breakfast buffet was great and extensive! Very happy with the location too, just at the bottom of the funicular.

Hotel Tamaro is gevestigd in een patriciërswoning uit de 18de eeuw. Het ligt aan de oevers van het Lago Maggiore in het centrum van Ascona. Exceptional views straight to Lago Maggiore. Our room was spacious and comfy and the balcony big enough to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee. The staff very friendly and the breakfast very rich and delicious. Also here you could choose to eat inside or outside, on the lake shore, absolutely amazing! It is 5 min walk from the bus stop and in the city centre so walking distance to practically everything. The port is not even 50 m away. Would recommend it!

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Mooi hotel op loopafstand van het station. Geen geluidsoverlast van de treinen. Prachtige binnentuin. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader !

Het Continental Parkhotel wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt 200 meter ten zuiden van het centraal station van Lugano. Daarvandaan vertrekt regelmatig de kabelbaan naar het stadscentrum. The old building itself, its history and decor made it my favorite immediately. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff were very helpful too.
