Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. Frokosten var god og vi kunne forsyne oss med frukt, men skulle vi ha egg kostet det ekstra. Kaffen var dessverre alltid bare lunken. Syltetøyet var godt og personalet var hyggelig. Ticino Feriekort som man får via hotellet gir gratis transport med tog, lokalbuss og postbuss så man kan dra på utflukter uten å tenke på feriebudsjettet, dette gjelder flere steder i Sveits.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. Flott og rent hotell. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men det er gåavstand inn til sentrum. Frokosten var kjempegod. Anbefaler virkelig rom med utsikt mot sjøen. Flott utsikt utover sjøen, og stort pluss med basseng på hotellet!

Once a patrician residence built in the 18th century, the Hotel Tamaro can be found right on the banks of Lake Maggiore in the centre of Ascona. Hotellet overgikk alle forveninger. Booket hotellet et døgn i forveien, og ba om "det lille ekstra". Det virket som at personalet heiv seg rundt og fikset alt vi ba om. Vi møtte opp på hotellet, fikk en personlig velkomst, og derfra henvist til dems private parkering der vi kunne sette vår egen bil. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum av Ascona, og det er kort veg til alt du måtte be om. Hotellet bærer preg av prestisje og kvalitet, og man merker det godt at de ønsker at alle gjester skal følge seg velkommen hos dem.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Many people from many countries ☺️

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. The old building itself, its history and decor made it my favorite immediately. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff were very helpful too.

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. The hotel location is wonderful we had a room with balcony the view was fantastic! Very clean room, bathroom needs a little updating, the breakfast was ok. Coffee available at reception was good!
