The staff is probably the best I’ve ever seen, and I travel for business all the time. They’re genuinely kind people who will do everything to help make your stay the best it can be. the breakfast and the restaurant in general is 10 out of 10 Michelin guide recommended - the selection is just everything you can ever wish for. The room was clean, comfortable, regularly maintained. Pick Luganodante, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station. A perfect stay.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. First of all I would like to thank the couple working there for their help and especially for preparing the breakfast as a packed lunch for 2 days and the breakfast was made to my liking. The hotel staff are amazing the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well with wide variety of food.

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. Flott og rent hotell. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men det er gåavstand inn til sentrum. Frokosten var kjempegod. Anbefaler virkelig rom med utsikt mot sjøen. Flott utsikt utover sjøen, og stort pluss med basseng på hotellet!

Once a patrician residence built in the 18th century, the Hotel Tamaro can be found right on the banks of Lake Maggiore in the centre of Ascona. Hotellet overgikk alle forveninger. Booket hotellet et døgn i forveien, og ba om "det lille ekstra". Det virket som at personalet heiv seg rundt og fikset alt vi ba om. Vi møtte opp på hotellet, fikk en personlig velkomst, og derfra henvist til dems private parkering der vi kunne sette vår egen bil. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum av Ascona, og det er kort veg til alt du måtte be om. The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Everything, hotel and swimingpool was amazing, City beautiful

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Lovely hotel with beautiful views and gardens! Just in 2 minutes from the railway station, with good AC and refreshing swimming pool. Wonderful escape from heat! Staying in the hotel is just an aesthetic pleasure! Excellent breakfast with personally brewed coffee is great too! Love to come back someday.

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. Great localization in the center of the city, close to train station, lake across the street. The room was small, but clean and had all the advertised features, especially air conditioning and lake view. Breakfast had modest selection, but was good and should be good enough for most people.
