This beautiful old building is a treasure hidden up a quiet narrow street close to the Piazza Grande. There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. Everything was wonderful! the hosts, the staff are very friendly, considerate and always ready to help :-)) The hotel itself is very nice and cosy, and it is located in a quiet area (which is important, especially in the evening). It takes only 7-8 minutes to walk to the railway station and the lake! Breakfast is really excellent, there is a selection of different kinds of food for any taste, I think :-) The wifi is a bit slow but it's not a problem.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... 5 star resort beautifully located on a hill with a breathtaking view over "Lago die Lugano". We felt absolutely welcomed by the hotel team and the complimentary services such as tennis courst and bike rentals were more than convenient.

The Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss is located on the lake-side promenade of Ascona, 300 metres from the centre. It offers historic-style rooms and free internet access. Beautiful character hotel with a lovely pool and garden in an excellent location.

Nastanitev Guesthouse Castagnola se nahaja v Luganu, 23 km od znamenitosti železniška postaja Mendrisio in 29 km od znamenitosti Vila Carlotta. We had a wonderful stay at Guest House Castagnola. The property is beautifully and tastefully renovated, with a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. Our apartment was spacious, stylish, and spotless, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The location is fantastic peacefully tucked away in Castagnola yet conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore Lugano. There are also beautiful walking paths nearby, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Kristina was an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. We traveled with our little dog, and he was just as warmly welcomed and happy as we were. We truly felt at home and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. Spectacular view and very comfortable, clean and updated rooms. The location was perfect.

Once a patrician residence built in the 18th century, the Hotel Tamaro can be found right on the banks of Lake Maggiore in the centre of Ascona. Hotel is located in the middle of the lakeside promenade. Wonderful views😍

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Staff are super helpful. Very clean , very Swiss professional. Helped with security for my bike, next door in the hotel. Xox
