We were very impressed with this cozy property—it looks exactly like the photos in Booking.com. We could see the Matterhorn from the dining room. The apartment has two toilets and one bathroom and is very well located—only a 5-minute walk to the cable car, 15 minutes to town, and 3 minutes to the bus stop. Mr. Daniel is outstanding: extremely helpful and positive, with a true “everything is possible” attitude. He made our stay very comfortable. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast was more than enough for the three of us and included bread, nuts, yogurt, fruit, and juice, but no meat. We only learned on the last day that other breakfast options were available, including eggs and meat, for a small additional cost. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Zermatt.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. The staff at the hotel were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was wonderful -so much choice and fresh ingredients. The spa was so special and relaxing and a very interesting concept. We had a short walk to bus which transferred us to the gondola -so easy. The location is very central. We will be back next year.
