Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. The staffs are perfect. They gave information more than enough. Without their advice I could not decide to go up the Mathehorn as soon as I arrived the hotel. The day after the weather was not good, so Mathehorn could not be seen. The spa was wonderful, and breakfast was also good. Lovely hotel.

Everything was great . The amenities , the restaurants the spa the room the lounge area and very central location

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Amazing view of Matterhorn from our room balcony, room is cozy and warm. The staff help us upgrade the room so we have more big room and balcony. And our room WiFi can’t use the staff help us to solve it and offer us a drink in lobby, that is so nice. Although location is a bit far from station but you can ask them help you book a free cute taxi to hotel and station. The breakfast is very nice too. Definitely will back again!

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. The Zermatt Matterhorn Express Cable Car is 250 metres away. The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

In a quiet location of Zermatt, Hotel Romantica offers a garden, free WiFi, and rooms with flat-screen cable TV. The Sunnegga Funicular Railway is less than 700 metres away and hiking paths start nearby. The staff were above and beyond amazing and kind, not only showing me nice restaurants in the area but pointing me to a short hike to view the Matterhorn before I even checked in because they knew the clouds were coming in, and so much more. I cannot recommed this place enough, if you are planning to stay in Zermatt please give Hotel Romantica a chance you will notregret it.

In the centre of Zermatt, Chalet Annelis offers views of the Matterhorn and spacious, self-catering accommodation units with free WiFi. The Sunnegga Express funicular and the Zermatt Train Station are 500 metres away. Excellent location. Close to everything. Nice view.

Backstage Boutique Hotel is within walking distance of Gornergrat railway and Sunnega railway. A ski bus is also close by. A tennis court and a skating rink are in front of the hotel. Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

A very French-style interior, with jazz playing on the little satellite radio in the room.(it was refreshing after staying in other hotel rooms that felt so generic) Great breakfast spread and very friendly hospitable staff.
