Great experience with this hotel, amazing staff; delicious breakfast (the egg boiler is very impressive and considerate); the room is a very good size; the shower room is also roomy; love the location as it’s very easy walking to the metro and old town and a lot of restaurants nearby as well as the grocery store; so it’s really great value for money.

Romanttinen Auberge du Raisin sijaitsee viehättävässä historiallisessa rakennuksessa. This is by far the most beautiful room I have ever seen. The room is very spacious with a gorgeous bathroom. Every window had a stunning view. I don’t think I have ever slept so well. The entire hotel is very quiet and beautiful.

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. We liked absolutely everything! It was our 4 or 5th stay at the Chateau, and the experience only gets better with time. We got a junior suite at the old tower, and it was perfect for our little family. Super friendly staff, awesome location, excellent breakfast!

As a historic property, it has a unique, original character and beautiful decoration that really sets it apart from modern hotels, which I appreciated a lot. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a great night’s rest. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options to choose from. Finally, the owner, Mr. Barlier, is very kind and easy to talk to, which made the stay even more pleasant. I would happily stay here again.
