Rooms were large and comfortable, hosts were wonderful, and views unbeatable. This is a true gem and a fantastic value for money.

We told them that we should checkout earlier than breakfast time and they packaged everything for us in advance. The room was warmed for us before the arrival. Comfortable bed and room has even tv. We will come back for sure!

This was a lovely well-maintained, very clean property with the bonus that the staff spoke good English. My wife was ill when we arrived and they allowed us to check in early (to a different room than we booked). The room was comfortable with a good ensuite and strong shower; and they served a nice breakfast. It was close to shops and restaurants - and to the bus terminals: useful as we were back-packing. Heartily recommended- thank you for your welcome!

The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. Hotel com excelente localização! Em frente à Plaza de amas, que é linda e agradável, com vista para o lago Villarrica e para o vulcão. Próximo ao comércio e restaurantes. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. Funcionários solícitos, café da manhã satisfatório. Tem agência de turismo e locadora de carro dentro do hotel, o que facilita bastante caso os hóspedes precisem dos serviços deles. O hotel tem 85 anos, porém é todo novo e lindo!

Hotel Rangi is extremely comfortable, and I loved the cozy room decor, which looks exactly like the pictures. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The breakfast is excellent, with the option to get freshly made eggs. The service is outstanding—the breakfast lady is super nice, and Catalina at the front desk went above and beyond to assist with any questions I had. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Pucon is a small, walkable town, and Hotel Rangi is perfectly located in the heart of it. Even as a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. I'll definitely be returning to Hotel Rangi in the future!
