I would like to thank specially Caijia Mim (Mia Lai), the incredible receptionist that gifted my father and I two wonderful Mid Autumn Festival presents... She was very courteous and kind, always ready to solve every request that we had! Great to say that the hotel also offers an exchange service with very good rates... The breakfast is sumptuous and truly continental, we could argue planetary, with options from all over the world and in the best possible quality... The rooms are specially spacious and graciouslly decorated, with lots of different options to choose from... When arriving at Hong Kong Airport, there is an option of a Bus Service that drops you straight from the airport at this hotel! It is fantastic and the service is very professional! This is not paid advertising! 🤣🤣🤣 And when returning to Hong Kong, you can just go to the Concierge and they will arrange your return... Long live Baiyun Hotel!

Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport - Free Shuttle Bus & Official Registration Agency during Canton Fair is located right opposite to Gate 12 of Terminal 1 Departure Hall. Massive airport but easy to find shuttle bus pick up as per directions by the Pullman. Efficient service, friendly staff and beautiful, comfy rooms for our 12 hour lay over back to Australia.
