Everything was great, as expected! Staff is very kind and supportive. Very well located within the walled city, nearby a great shopping center.

An amazing location location - I think it's in the prettiest part of the walled city, though everything (including Getsemani) is within a ten-minute walk, or so. The entire facility is remarkably clean and the flowers are beautiful! Our visit featured an excellent (with a diversity of offerings) breakfast and ridiculously friendly restaurant staff. Honestly, we preferred this breakfast (food and vibe) to our four-star hotel.

The staff was amazing, every single person there was attentive, friendly and kind. They were always trying to help. I would come for sure to this hotel next time in Cartagena

This hotel is set in a beautiful colonial building within Cartagena´s historical Walled City. It offers a swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna room. Also available are free bicycles and free Wi-Fi. Location, staff, housekeeping, pool, restaurant, hotel's design, all of those stuffs improve this place to the place with magic atmosphere. We loved our stay there. And especialy staff was just incredible amazing!

Perfect location and facilities. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. Beautiful and clean room.

The hotel itself is set in a stunning colonial home, beautifully preserved and full of charm. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after exploring Mompox. One of the highlights of our stay was Rosa at the reception—she went above and beyond to help us organize tours with reliable and knowledgeable local guides, making our trip even more special. The swimming pool was a huge plus, especially after long walks in the intense heat—it was the perfect way to refresh and relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and serene, offering a true escape from the outside world. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious and traditional breakfast, a great way to start our day. We truly loved everything about Bioma Hotel and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mompox!
