I had a wonderful experience. The taxi pick-up service from Berlin airport was included in my booking, and everything went smoothly. I received clear instructions in advance, and right after I arrived in Berlin, I got a WhatsApp message. I was picked up and taken to the hotel without any delay. Since I arrived after their operating hours, they sent me detailed self-check-in instructions. I was able to check in smoothly on my own. I was thrilled to find that my room had a balcony overlooking a garden. It was incredibly peaceful, and I enjoyed spending time there both day and night. The view was quiet and beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax. Although the hotel is located beside a busy street with tram stations nearby, the moment you step inside, it's like entering a different world. All the noise is shut out, and you can't hear anything even with the balcony door open. I tried their breakfast, which featured a carefully selected variety of breads, cereals, cheeses, and ham. Everything was of the highest quality. I also rented a bicycle for 15 euros a day, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, they offer free coffee and tea in the lobby, along with croissants on occasion. I believe that places with good energy attract kind people. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting an elderly couple from Hamburg who were staying in the room next to mine. We had a delightful chat when we met on our adjoining balconies.

Elegant Boutiquehotel in Berlin's Mitte district just a 5-minute walk from the Friedrichstraße shopping mile. Staff were welcoming and helpful (lent me an adapter when mine wasn't fitting in the socket). Room was beautiful, nice touches like dimmer light, comfy bed/nice sheets big smart TV, well decorated. The rest of the hotel was nicely decorated too, and the back garden was nice. I didn't try breakfast so can't comment on it, but overall loved it.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate. Excelente pequeno almoço. Foi muito bom ouvir uma voz portuguesa na receção. A Renata foi extremamente gentil e muito profissional.

Quartos elegantes, luxuosas instalações de spa e excelentes vistas sobre Berlim são disponibilizados no Mandala Suites. Apartamento muito confortável, espaçoso e com um certo luxo que não esperávamos. Quarto muito confortável.

The quintessence of luxury lodging, the Adlon is a legendary 5-star hotel situated in Berlin’s Mitte, beside the Brandenburg Gate. Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto lindo e confortável. O café da manhã é muito especial. Delicioso ! A localização é especial. Vários pontos turísticos podem ser acessados à pé.

Este boutique hotel de 4 estrelas está localizado num edifício histórico, no moderno bairro de Prenzlauer Berg, em Berlim, a cerca de 10 ou 15 minutos do centro da cidade por transportes públicos. Really good hotel in the heart of Berlin. Really chic surroundings, building and lovely little café in the garden at the back of an old-fashioned building. Wi-Fi maybe could be a bit faster, but otherwise super okay to do working stuff. The rooms are interesting with a retró style, which can give an old-day feeling, but still everything is clean and at service. Lovely people at the reception, both when I checked in and out. Surely advise to go there. Value for money for me as well was really good.

Este hotel está situado tranquilamente no elegante Bairro Kreuzkölln, em Berlim, entre Kreuzberg e Neukölln. O Hüttenpalast disponibiliza acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Super cozy and comfortable accommodation with a special vintage vibe. It feels like camping indoors. If you are with a group of friends, it is extra nice. The facilities are shared but they are cleaner than most hotel rooms I have stayed it and I never needed to wait on my turn.

Everything. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Spotlessly clean. The owner is incredibly hospitable and very friendly. Great location too. And the condition of the rooms and bathrooms is excellent. And the breakfasts. WOW. Amazing freshly prepared breakfast every morning. Wonderful.
