The reception staff were welcoming and attentive, and the housekeeping team provided exceptional service, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable. This is our best and favourite hotel to stay in while we are in Cairo. This is not our first time staying here. Very professional and very pleasant staff. Rooms are always very clean and stuff from the room service are very kind specially Jumaa & Shawqeia were very kind.
