Set within Sierra de Gredos Regional Park, Remanso de Gredos offers charming rooms. It features an à la carte restaurant and a relaxing lounge overlooking the surrounding valley. We (two married couples) stayed at Remanso for two nights in April. Everything about our stay at the location was delightful. The views from the rooms and terrace are breathtaking and the whole atmosphere is utterly peaceful. There are nice paved walking paths that go up into the mountains and around the village that provided peaceful and relaxing recreation. The staff catered to our every need with a smile. We ate three meals each day at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed a great variety of traditional regional dishes and soups. They served me the best steak I ate in Spain. (Fantastic!) The lake trout was also exceptional. My wife really enjoyed the sopa castellana. The bed was firm and comfortable. The shower always had plenty of hot water and good pressure.

L'hotel Palacio de Monjaraz està situat al nucli antic d'Àvila, a només 300 m de la catedral. L'establiment és en un edifici tradicional de pedra del segle XVI que ha estat restaurat. Really nice, beautiful historical hotel in a very nice city!

This hotel lies 20 metres from the Puerta de la Santa, a historic entrance into Ávila. It offers free Wi-Fi and great views over the Amblés Valley, city walls and Gredos Mountains. the photo does not do the location justice. The hotel is right in the middle of everything (well, maybe a 2 minute walk). Avila I’d a town built on a hill / you have to go up and/or down to go anywhere! But - for one who has issues with hills, I found it ok. The hills were neither as steep or as long as I feared. Juan Carlos - the owner and/or manager of the property- was a godsend. He carried my bags, remembered my name (not always easy for a Spaniard!) and attended me well before his cafeteria when we had a Birds Eye view of the Easter procession. He called a taxi for me in departure and followed it up with st least 7 other calls to make sure that I reached my train, which I did with only minutes to spare: His hotel was spotlessly clean, all accessories working and friendly. it’s not a palace, but I liked it - and I’m a bit fussy.

L'Hotel Las Leyendas està situat al nucli antic, a només 4 minuts a peu de la catedral d'Àvila. Es tracta d'una mansió del segle XVI amb encant i reformada amb molt bon gust. Huge room! As a solo traveler my accommodations are usually small. Not the case at Las Leyendas! Historic building with loads of charm, and a great location with nearby street parking.

Aquest hotel està situat al costat de la catedral d'Àvila, en un palau del segle XIV i forma part del patrimoni mundial de la UNESCO. The breakfast buffets were excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind. The overall hotel had a great atmosphere.

El Palacio de los Velada s'ubica en un palau impressionant del segle XVI i ofereix habitacions luxoses amb aire condicionat i mobles elegants. Molt bonic, bon servici de restaurant. Molt ben posicionat enfront mateixa de la catedral. Propet té molts restaurants. Molt net.

Situat al centre històric d'aquest municipi encantador, aquest palau del segle XVI ha estat reformat de forma espectacular i està envoltat de jardins de gran bellesa: podreu gaudir de tots els àpats... A well kept and interesting building, close to everything. Half board is a good option but next time I'd like yo try some interesting restaurants nearby. What a beautiful town.

El Bosque de la Herrezuela is located south of Sierra de Gredos Mountain Range and offers double rooms with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It is between Arenas de San Pedro and Candeleda. El lloc, l'amabilitat del personal i el tracte que han donat al nostre gos. Genial deveres, molt contents. Tornarem.
