Hotel Mar de Fisterra is set in Fisterra, at the end of Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route and less than 50 metres from Langosteira beach. The room was lovely and the view of the ocean was breathtaking!

Set in Fonseca Square, Hotel Montes is housed in a charming building dating from the 1700s, just 2 minutes’ walk from Santiago Cathedral. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen TV. The location was centrally located within walking distance of the Santiago Cathedral. Very kind staff, especially Mary F. An excellent location to visit Santiago de Compostela.

The room was quiet, comfortable and cozy. The design of the bathroom was clever and meant it had natural light and didn't take too much space. The enclosed balcony was beautiful and I would had spent a lot of time sitting there enjoying the view if there wasn't so much to do in Santiago. I would suggest to have a kettle in the bedroom, for an early cup of tea or coffee in the morning. I know it isn't an expectation in Spanish hotels, so not an issue.

Hotel Rua Villar is situated in the historic centre of Santiago de Compostela, just 15 metres from the cathedral. The elegant rooms are decorated with dark wood and feature free Wi-Fi. I've been greeted by one of the most attentive and charming receptionist I came across in recent years. She recommended a couple of local events taking place that evening, anticipated some of the things I might need for the next day and did it all with the brightest smile and warmest approach. The overall design of the room / hotel was very nice, sending you back in time for the time you were there.

This charming hotel is located in Santiago de Compostela’s old town, next to Plaza de Abastos Market and 300 metres from the cathedral. It has a garden with views of Belvís Convent. The Hotel facilities were excellent. Staff were wonderful and helpful. All areas around the hotel and in the rooms are very clean. The garden area is lovely, and walking distance to all attractions.
