Great hotel, spacious clean room with quality toiletries (triole room) in an excellent location, between the lively el carmen and the commercial center, very close to the train station. Staff super helpful. Would definately stay again!!!

All I can say is that from the minute we arrived (before even entering the hotel) we were greeted with enthusiasm and positivity. This did not change throughout our stay. From the concierge, front desk staff, hotel porter, every single person made it a very comfortable experience. I locked my key in the room - Not an issue, the concierge made a new one within minutes so I wouldn't have to wait. I needed some documents printed out - No issue, front desk staff had it done in seconds. All this was done with a smile on their faces, and not a fake one either. Everyone seemed genuinely pleased to see us every time we walked passed them in the foyer or even the cleaning staff in the hallway.

Hotel Kramer se nahaja 3,5 km od središča Valencije in 300 m od podzemne postaje Turia. Ponuja bar, sobe s satelitsko televizijo in brezplačen brezžični internet v vseh prostorih. Bed was super comfy, room was cleaned daily. Entire hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay, and location is very convenient. Turia park is near by, shopping mall and bus to connect with the rest of the city.
