Located in the centre of Besançon, Hôtel de Paris offers contemporary décor, a 24-hour reception and terrace. The Besançon Citadelle is just a 15-minute walk away. Vesoul is 48 km from the property. I liked this place, it was in the middle of the old town. On foot, within a few minutes, you would reach all the interesting spots you would look for. Furthermore it has it’s own and safe parking just in the location, and it’s easy reachable by car or bike. Especially the hosting was fantastic. The recetionist contacted me in advance to ensure, every thing would work fine on my arrival. Thanks for the stay and the kindness.

Hôtel Restaurant Spa Le Sauvage, formerly the Clarisses Monestary, is located in the historic district of Besançon, 500 metres from the citadel's ancient walls. Beautiful setting. The room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated. The bath tub was amazing. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We enjoyed the spa experience. Very conveniently located as well.

Les Capucins terletak berpusat di bekas kilang bir, hanya 500 meter dari Stesen Kereta Api Belfort. Everything was as advertised: room, location, free parking(during the night). The king size bed was very comfortable, quiet location, normal AC unit in the room made our short stay much more comfy. Super friendly staff were really helpful to our needs. They are doing their job on an extra high level.

The Best Western Citadelle is located in the historic city center of Besançon, a 5-minute walk from the Doubs River and the Citadelle. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Location was good, breakfast ok. Parking good but you need to book prior to visiting.

Set in the heart of the Jura vineyards, Hôtel Auberge de Chavannes is located in Chavanne and provides soundproofed accommodations. You can relax on the furnished terrace, by the garden. Really welcoming and lovely stay. We were very late due to massive delays to our eurotunnel crossing and the hotel were brilliant. Shame we missed out on dinner. The menu looks amazing.

La Chaumiere is located in Dole, between Dijon and Besançon in eastern France. It offers en suite accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a Michelin-starred restaurant. Excellent diner&wines. Hotel not so excellent as the restaurant.
