The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach. We have visited the UK three times over 35 years and have always visited Branscombe and stayed at The Masons Arms. It is unique world wide in our opinion and hopefully we will be back one day. Situated in the town of Dartmouth, The Dartmouth Boutique B&B is less than a mile from the banks of the River Dart. it was a great place to stay and the host was very friendly and professional. The House was so modern with excellent decor and views over the river. We would definitely stay there again.

The views are amazing, the property was just perfect and there is a footpath leading up to the town. The employee who was there on our stay took hospitality to the next level. He was attentive and so kind. Our remote didn’t work for the tv and I kept forgetting to tell him and we came back to our room done up and the remote already changed. The breakfast menu was amazing and so good!

Beautiful building, very spacious room, very comfortable beds. There was enough parking space available. Greg was very welcoming. We had a lush breakfast. I really can't find anything that wasn't good. Also, walking from there to Ilfracombe harbour and center, was very beautiful: to see the harbour (empty or full with sea), with behind it a row of beautiful houses and behind that the wild sea... amazing! I could watch that for ever.
