Situated in Galaxidhion and within 1.6 km of Super Kalafatis Beach, Nostos Hotel has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. This is such a lovely guesthouse set in a pretty square close to the harbour. The house is beautiful and the rooms small but very comfortable, exceptionally clean with lovely Aptivita products. Great shower too. The garden is an oasis of calm full of birds, flowers and the scent of jasmine. So lovely to sit and read and relax in this haven of tranquility. Maria is a fabulous host and provided a wonderful breakfast of fresh orange juice from the garden, cheese and tomatoes, cheese pie, yoghurt, toasted sandwich, fresh strawberries and the most divine vanilla apple strudel. What a feast! Totally recommend anyone to experience Maria’s hospitality. Galaxidi was such a sweet port, quite a revelation!

Located in the centre of Galaxidi, the traditionally built Galaxa Mansion features a bar with views over the picturesque town and Itea Gulf. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The view onto the water and mountains was exceptional. Room was cozy and the staff were welcoming. Balcony was excellent to enjoy the sunrise in the morning .

Just 60 metres from Magazia Beach, the whitewashed Ammos Hotel features an outdoor pool surrounded by modern sofas and sun loungers on a decked terrace. The location of the hotel was fantastic, we loved the breakfast buffet as it was abundant in fresh and local products, cleanliness throughout the property was evident and the entire staff’s attitude and manners were impeccable. We highly recommend the Ammos Hotel to anyone looking to stay on Skyros.

Situated in the picturesque Galaxidi, within 200 metres from the centre, Archontiko Art Hotel offers romantic accommodation overlooking Korinthiakos Gulf and Parnassos Mountain. The host was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent and was taken in a lovely courtyard outside. The hotel was a quite old building but it was in an excellent condition and had lots of charm. My bedroom was lovely too. The hotel is a little hard to find so do your map checks beforehand. That said, there were lots of signs around the town as to where the hotel was located. The hotel is situated a short walk from the seafront where there are lots of high end (and popular) restaurants. Galixi itself seeme a very nice town.

The room was exactly as in the description on Booking. All the facilities you need for a successful vacation. Three parking areas, lift and a specific Greek breakfast. Diversified cakes with an excellent taste. Comfort and excellent communication with our host, Nancy. Any information you need, what you want to visit, the places where you want to go to the beach will help you. He also helped us with an excellent parking space in Thessaloniki. On departure I also received a gift and because I was leaving early I found breakfast prepared in the room the night before departure. And of course I didn't leave empty-handed but with a bag of cookies. Through the care he showed us, we felt as if we were part of the family! Thank you very much Nancy!
