I had trouble figuring out where to park my car and the staff was so patient and kind with my confused phone calls. My room was upgraded to a lovely suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the morning breakfast.

This central Chania hotel is just 200 metres from the Old Town walls and the Venetian harbour. Our whole experience with the hotel was really good. The location was perfect for our trip. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Kastro Hotel ligger mindre enn 100 meter fra sentrum og gir deg et flott utgangspunkt for å besøke de historiske stedene i Heraklion. This hotel totally exceed my expectations, the room was incredible, pretty modern and comfortable. Breakfast is super complete, different options and everything was delicious. Location is the best, 2 min away from a lot of places. Going to the ferry port is pretty easy from this place. I would definitely stay again.
