Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. We stayed 5 nights. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after the beach. The location is ideal, just steps from the black sand beach and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Angie waited for us passed midnight for check-in and packed us breakfast for early departure. The communication, recommendation, and breakfast was superb! Highly recommend if you want to stay close to Oia, so that you can take your time after the sunset.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Everyone was nice and hospitable and gave us great tips and tricks for whats to do on the island. Pool bar at night was my favorite time, meeting and interacting with all the people staying there was great.
