The women at the reception were very helpful. Walked into the garage to show me where to park. Offered tide pods for FREE LAUNDRY (no dryer). Also provided 2 small bottles of wine. 1 minute walk to bus to old town so no driving and parking. Also across the street from a beach.

Exceptional warm welcome, very pleasant manager and staff trying to do their best all the time. Location is the best to get immediate sandy beach access and short walk to downtown.

The hotel is quite close to the Old Town—just a 5-minute taxi ride. The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Yan at the reception. He went above and beyond to assist us with the room, parking, and transportation, and also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. He even managed to get us a last-minute reservation at a fancy restaurant in the Old Town that was about to close. It was truly a pleasure. Highly recommended!
