The staff is friendly and professional, the room, the gym and the roof top pool area. We didn’t mind the walk from the city, even if we were tired after a long day it felt nice to get away from the hectic center. Also, we enjoyed to just relax at the nice hotel some time.

Very well positioned in old town close to the palace. Easy walking to everywhere. Good communication with host. Allowed early checkin.

Quedé realmente impresionado con la excelencia de la estadía. La limpieza de la casa era impecable: La ubicación es realmente cómoda, a pocos pasos de portó y está en centro y con pardas taxi y bus para ir playa , ideal para visitar la ciudad. La cama era comodísima, Mis felicitaciones a la anfitriona, Ivana , que fue muy amable y siempre disponible. Me sentí muy bien recibido y mimado, como en casa. Sin duda lo recomendaré con entusiasmo.

El B&B Grgur Ninski Rooms se encuentra en Split, dentro del Palacio de Diocleciano, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. The location is excellent, right within the palace walls near the Golden Gate, so all the main attractions were less than 5 mins walk. We could easily head back to room for a break anytime. The room is clean and beautiful, looked really new and well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. We love the scent they used in the common areas too! The best part of this accommodation has to be the hosts. Owner and his wife provided much help to us and gave clear information. Before arrival, he contacted us to let us know where he would meet us to help with our luggage as the palace area was pedestrian only. If you are driving he would also help you with finding parking. He met us at the roadside and helped with our super heavy luggage all the way to the room. He also gave recommendations of the food and places nearby. On the day of check out, he even went out of his way to help us get all the way onto the ferry as we had a lot of luggage and traveling with a young child. Definitely recommend this wonderful accommodation to anyone visiting Split.

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, en un moderno edificio. Excelente ubicación, a unas 4/5 cuadras del Palacio Diocleciano. Justo debajo del hotel hay un restaurante que ofrece desayuno y otras comidas. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Ofrecen toallas para la playa de manera gratuita. Muy recomendable

Los dueños fueron muy amables y nos comunicamos muy bien. La ubicación fue perfecto. Cerca de todo .

El Heraclea Residential Apartments ocupa un edificio histórico con conexión wifi gratis a menos de 50 metros del mar Adriático. Really felt like a home instead of a rental. Kitchenware was in good shape ( not like some rentals when things are old and mismatched ) and we made breakfast daily. Sanja met us at the apartment at check in and was very friendly and responsive when we had an issue with the hot water which was resolved quickly. Very quiet location but quick walk to many restaurants. Note the front door is facing the street but there are privacy curtains. Would highly recommend.
