Upgraded, more spacious lobby, offering a nice view to the beach, the beach is completely safe to enter and play, food tasted very good, much food option to offer, they offer starbucks! Lovely, all the staffs are friendly, service are improving, room was clean and properly prepared. I went to this hotel a few times still always fascinated with the convenient location, the price are also affordable.

Karibia Boutique Hotel offers luxurious, air-conditioned rooms with en suite bathrooms. Real 4 stars in town. Staff , very smart to handle the customers, I salute the training trainer who supervised their trainings. All of the staff are in a systematic harmony from that young lady who facilitated my booking since arrived or the housekeeping staff or the security guys. Medan has an issue about English speaking staff but I found them in this good property.

Swiss-Belinn Medan is in Medan’s Central Business District, steps away from the famous Selat Panjang food stalls. It offers a restaurant, spa with massage services and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Everything. It is well located in Medan. The staff are exceptional and couldnt do more for you. The room (for which I was kindly upgraded) was spacious and comfortable, with great facilities - safe, fridge, hairdryer, aircon. Breakfast was accommodating to most / all diets - I was concerned as a vegetarian but I left having had plenty.

Cockroaches remains to be the biggest problem, all sizes available so keep lights on alsays. - Beware not to be misguided with the 8.0 rating on booking.com
