Situated within 3 km of Blarney Castle in Blarney, Maranatha Country House offers free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. We had a great stay! The hosts are kind and accommodating. The breakfast is great with big choice. The room we were staying in was huge and cozy. Can only recommend staying here!

Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. This property is the most beautiful, majestic space with breathtaking architecture. It is nestled into a hill with views of The Burren and the sound of flowing water is around every corner. There are several inviting common areas complete with fireplaces and the feeling of contemplation and peace. We topped off our eve with a whiskey at the “help yourself” bar. The next morning we visited the Ailwee Caves (a must see) and the 16th century tower house called Newtown Castle which is part of Burren College of Art - there was true student talent. Both places are a short walk or drive from The Waters Country House. This is a one of a kind B & B NOT to be missed and Wolfgang and Maria are the most gracious proprietors!

Fabulous warm welcome, really comfortable room , bed and facilities, and the breakfast was top notch. Thank you!
