We liked the friendly staff both at the reception and at the café where breakfast was served. We enjoyed too the spa facilities and its professional staff. The spa and swimming pool are small but clean and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed the massage and facial treatment we took. Breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet and freshly cooked dosa, omelette and fruits. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It is a decent and clean hotel. I was on a short trip and this was the third hotel I checked in, after getting unlucky with trash hotels first two times. Many thanks to Iris hotel team for making my stay pleasant! I appreciate that bare essentials like room cleaning, hot water, friendly and responsive staff just work well there. Everything you need you can arrange for by asking. If you read reviews before picking a hotel, make sure to skip reviews from indians. They are most likely fake.

Located in Koramangala, Bangalore, Grand Mercure offers extended stay and business travel accommodation with kitchens, living areas and private balcony. The rooms are renovated very nicely, the bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing, special thanks to the front office staff and to the restaurant staff Xavier and special thanks to Chef Vilas that made our stay more joyful and comfortable.
