Located in Koramangala, Bangalore, Grand Mercure offers extended stay and business travel accommodation with kitchens, living areas and private balcony. My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for a short 4-day trip to visit family. We got an apartment that also came with breakfast. The hotel is nestled in Koramangala amongst residential houses but tucked away from the main road so it provides privacy. The first thing that strikes you when you check in is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They are very courteous, respectful, and always there to help you with your needs in a proactive manner. The room was very comfortable and clean. It comes with a living room and balcony, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It is spacious and very well equipped with necessary amenities. The room is stocked with clean water in sealed bottles which is topped up everyday. Breakfast comprises a spread of local and international dishes. The local fare is something I would strongly recommend as the variety is nothing short of amazing, and very tasty. The staff at the Verandah (cafe where breakfast is served) are eager to serve and they will also recommend dishes that may not be on the buffet menu but can be ordered for the chef to dish out. The hotel also has a spa that has a range of services ranging from Swedish massage to the traditional Indian massages. Again something I would strongly recommend.
