Overlooking the Brenta Dolomites, Hotel Casa del Campo has ski-to-door access, a garden, and a terrace equipped with sun loungers. Lovely friendly staff, and a beautiful location for hiking. Our room had a cracked shower tray so we were upgraded free of charge to a large multi room apartment (even had a walk in wardrobe!). Great breakfast, including scrambled eggs, home made cake etc. oh, the bed! SO comfortable!! Wonderful multi function shower! Two balconies- and the views were fabulous.

Located in the restricted-traffic area of Canazei, the Garnì Stella Alpina is just 300 metres from the Belvedere cable car. Location was amazing. The front desk was super helpful. Peaceful area and cozy room. Great views of the mountains. Super easy access to the lift and rentals. The town was easy to explore from where we were. Sauna was a lovely way to end the day after skiing and the hot tub was nice experience too. While we should've made sure to make restaurant reservations well in advance, any food and drink we had locally was amazing.

The family-run B&B Mirabel offers alpine-style rooms and apartments, both with all services included (breakfast, access to the wellness center and daily cleaning). Everything! The rooms were spacious and very well decorated and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, everything was delicious with many homemade products and locally sourced ingredients. The hotels sauna/steamroom area and outdoor jacuzzi was lovely and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a beautiful off road walk way which begins at the hotel and brings you into Ortisei. This hotel is more like a 4 star hotel than a 3 star, we loved it.

A traditional mountain hotel located in Selva di Val Gardena, the 4-star Laurin features a well-equipped wellness centre, paid parking and free WiFi. It is set next to the Ciampinoi cable car. Lovely little family run hotel, indeed very charming and cosy. Our days started with a nice breakfast spread in the restaurant. They also provide a complimentary bus pass that can be used to get around Val Gardena in case you don't have a car. After each long day spent hiking, it was nice to have access to the spa, sauna and indoor swimming pool to end our days on a relaxing note and relax our muscles.
