Everything including the location, the room, cleanliness, nice and fresh smell, the breakfast, the setting, free bikes all day, the rooftop with sauna, jacuzzi and pool. The shampoo and soaps smelled so good and relaxing. Excellent price We wish we had longer stay.

M Club De Luxe B&B is set in a refurbished 15-th century building, located in the pedestrian-only shopping area of Ravenna. The en suite rooms come with parquet floors, personalised furnishings, and precious paintings. This was the last stop on our long Adriatic road trip, and this was probably the best room we stayed in. Lovely decor, great breakfast, easy safe parking, friendly staff, absolutely perfect location. Easily walkable to all the major attractions (Dante's tomb, the five main mosaic sites, the arcade market, shopping). It has everything going for it. We plan to return to Ravenna, and when we do, we'll stay here again.

I was very warmly welcomed when I arrived in the evening and a slightly flickery lightbulb I mentioned was replaced before I got back from dinner. My single room was a good size and with a decent desk and a very comfortable bed; it was immaculately clean. The street was pleasantly quiet, although at the absolute centre of the city. The breakfast room was very attractively decorated and the provision was varied and good. There was a range of gluten-free options. Throughout my stay enjoying Ferrara in an increasingly cold week I knew I would come home to a cosy place and a kindly greeting. The Christmas tree was lovely too! A model lesson in how the personal touch makes all the difference in business.
