I stayed at Palazzo Bezzi Hotel with my husband, and our experience was simply excellent. Our room was exactly as advertised — very spacious, beautifully prepared, clean, warm, and with a lovely scent. The round bed was large, comfortable, and incredibly inviting. The entire hotel has a refined yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Ravenna. Every member of the staff we met — from the receptionists to the housekeeping team and breakfast service — was exceptionally kind, professional, and cheerful. Their friendliness and attention to detail really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was outstanding: a rich buffet with plenty of choices, plus the option to order hot dishes from the kitchen (for example, avocado toast with salmon), which was a great touch. The hotel’s location is perfect as a starting point for discovering Ravenna. They also handle the environmental zone registration for you and can arrange daily street parking at a very fair price — a huge plus for visitors traveling by car. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would happily return for a longer visit next time.

The hotel is very cozy and nice! The staff is amazing and very caring. The breakfast is also very good with many options (fruits, many beverages, sweets and breads). We got the small room and its very small but its was cozy.

Everything, we are very excited of this hotel. Very nice rooms and bathroom, clean, modern and fully equiped. Very nice personal on the reception and on breakfast service too. We also really like breakfast, delicious and fancy. Main sightseeing can see from window :-)
