From the moment we opened the massive front door to the street we knew we were somewhere special, and we were! Wonderful stylish rooms and what a view! All the main attractions so close and right in the heart of the medieval city (close to metro too) The city is easily walkable, food excellent and getting (a bit lost) just part of the the fun. Very kind stuff and they make you feel like home. The breakfast was also very good and the room was clean and comfortable. Also I have to mention that it was the first time I found the right temperature inside a room in Italy , nice and warm enough to feel comfortable, because usually in Italy the heating is very expensive so they don't switch it on enough and I always feel cold in other apartments or hotels. Here it was really warm and I will definitely come back. There s also an adorable cat out in the garden that visited my window and was so cute.

Perfect base to explore the 5 Terre, staff was always helpful, the shuttle to the main town or the station is great (even if you can also walk it if needed). Breakfast and the restaurant quality were outstanding, especially with invited chefs for special events held regularly. The outdoor pool is heated... which makes it swimmable at this time of the year.

Villa Agnese has a peaceful location surrounded by vineyards, 3 km from Sestri Levante city centre and from the beach.
