The rooms are small, but excellently furnished. Glass, lights and mirrors optically increase the space. Beautiful environment, beautiful view of the countryside. And very good breakfast and coffee. We love this lovely place.

Hotel & Residenza z roku 1700 100 Torri se nachází ve 2 propojených vilách v historickém centru Ascoli Piceno, 5 minut chůze od náměstí Piazza del Popolo. The hotel is beautifully done, it is very comfortable and well insulated. We had a family room with two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrasse. For breakfast, the staff offered us a wide variety of gluten-free options and there were amazing homemade pastries for those who could eat gluten.

Villa Cattani Stuart XVII secolo is located a 10-minute drive from Pesaro's centre, and is surrounded by a lush garden with seasonal pool with hydromassage corner. This is a very special historical place near the city among of the beautiful and peacful nature. We went several times to sea-side to the city but how pleasant it was to come back to our Villa after the noizy and durty Pesaro! We loved everything. Garden is carefully mantained, full of flowers. Olive trees and peens. The pool is clean and i saw that early every moring a technician was cleaning it - thank you so much for your attention to every thing. I had the experience to wash my clothes there and it also was perfect, clothes were given back better than in the time i bought it) in some wanderful paper. It is so professional. Breakfast is splendid, rooms are spacious, very clean, with a very good air conditionnaire. For who does not have car it is very easy to go to Pesaro - to the right from the hotel there is a bus stop, bus 12 goes every hour, check the schedule. when back, bus N10. 10 minutes to the center. Lunch can be taken in Villa, for dinner - a few steps to the right you will find the good local restaurant with the typical Italian food. We enjoyed walking around, the nature is so nice there. You will enjoy every moment, honnestly. And as for staff- very professioanl, helpful - thank you for every moment to this nice place. Villa itself is the the building near the hotel, but i think it is good as such a historical building needs the special mantaining, and in the hotel you have to clean every day you have toursitis etc. please take a tour in the Villa, it is like a museaum. I wish we will be back. Hope soon.
