Convenient location, close to the centre. Receptionist during the day. Breakfast was available. The room had a high ceiling and large bathroom. Beds are comfortable.

The hotel it is in a historical location, it is very nice and it is very close to the Egizio Museum and other museums. The family room was very nice and large, with a separate bed for the kid. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and tasty, with many kinds of food, and it’s friendly kids to ( no gluten, or no lactose, or normal , in a very healthy variety). The hotel have a underground parking, which is not free of charge, but is necessary because the hotel is located in the city center. In the courtyard it is a garden, used to take the breakfast or the dinner, or to drink something to the bar ( depending the hour).

Fabulous location- close to the railway station and moments from walking into the city centre. Lovely staff who were welcoming and happy to speak English. Spacious unit which was very nice, was clean and well appointed

We needed a replacement robe and it took all of 5 minutes after phoning the reception for a very nice gentleman to bring it to the room. The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect view out the window. The bathroom was bigger than my first domicile in the city - bathtub + shower. There were more towels in the room than the number of the towels I've ever owned throughout my lifetime combined. Even though most people who can afford €500+ a night probably wouldn't mind being robbed at the minibar, the prices there were more reasonable than in many run-of-the-mill chain hotels. The breakfast buffet had as many items as a small Esselunga, all fresh and high-quality items. You don't even have to work a machine for coffee - you order it and they bring it to your table.

The property is perfectly located on an elevated hill so each room has amazing views of the rolling hills and vineyards. The hotel is beautifully designed. The pool area is very peaceful. Our room has a gorgeous balcony and floor to ceiling windows - waking up to sunrise over the vineyards was very special! Breakfast was fantastic! And the parking on site is super convenient. The staff were exceptional! They made us feel like we were visiting family, provided us with lots of amazing recommendations and when we were leaving they even gave us a take away bag with water and delicious nuts for the road. And the bag even had a cute tag with our names on it! Loved this experience and would love to come back!

Great place to stay with a very love host available in Whatsapp. Not very far from the main station, pretty calm area (only trams from time to time, but they don't bother), the apartment is super-cozy, I felt how much love was out into it! NOTE: you will need to leave the city tax that is about 2 euros, have euro coins with you.

Alberto is a wonderful host, friendly, with great tips also for activities and restaurants etc. We would unhesitatingly return to Casa Agnese to explore Alba and its environment. Fantastic.
