Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). A really great place to stay. The tatami rooms are lovely, we had the most wonderful autumn colours right outside our window. Fabulous. We also really enjoyed the veg. Curry in the evening.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. Cosy clean apartment. Helpful friendly staff. Delicious Japanese style breakfast. Relaxing onsen with inside and outside pools. Everything was perfect!

Oyado Tsukiusagi is set in Miyajima, 600 metres from Five Storey Pagoda, less than 1 km from Itsukushima Shrine, as well as a 15-minute walk from Daisho-in Temple. Thank you for a beautiful stay here. There are only a few rooms, which makes it super private and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable. They even provide free coffee in the lobby. Location is superb, just 3min walking from the ferry port (but still super quiet and peaceful)

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. The place is incredibly well located, the staff is really friendly, the Onsen and Restaurant are also super nice and the room was amazing.

Situated in the south-eastern area of Hiroshima, Hotel Cycle offers a simple yet stylish accommodation with free WiFi access in all areas. The JR Onomichi Station is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is perfect for traveling the Shimanami Kaido.

Renewed in 2013, Sakuraya offers affordable Japanese-style rooms with mountain or sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available at the public areas. Miyajima Ferry Terminal is a 3-minute walk away. Fantastic service and great location. Loved everything about the place!

Hiroshima Washington Hotel offers accommodations with free WiFi access. Hatchobori Tram Station is a 5-minute walk and Hiroshima Station is a 15-minute tram ride away. Convenient and located along a shopping strip. Short walk to nearest light rail stop. Comfortable.

Located next to Kanayamacho Tram Station, Chisun Hotel Hiroshima is a 5-minute walk from shopping area Hatchobori. Free WiFi is available. A good location of everything in the middle

-G7 Hiroshima Summit 2023 Venue- Overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, Grand Prince Hotel is located a 15-minute drive from central Hiroshima. The reception area is large and impressive. My room was a good size, especially as I was a single occupant, and had a sea view looking over the many islands in the area. The breakfast selection was varied and very good, catering to most tastes, and the views from the top floor restaurant are stunning. The high speed ferry pontoon is right outside the hotel. We pre-booked tickets to Miyajama in the hotel for the next day for the 20 minutes journey. We knew at the time of booking it was a little out of the city centre but we’re happy with the choice for the tranquility and sea views. There is a free shuttle bus to and from Hiroshima station and taxi fares were very reasonable. A walk from the ferry pontoon along the sea takes around 45-60 minutes to complete depending on walking speed and return route. I walked back the way I came to enjoy the sea and island views.

Hotel Granvia Hiroshima on suorassa yhteydessä Hiroshiman Shinkansen-luotijuna-asemaan. Olimme varanneet huoneen kuukausia ennen. Hissit kulkivat seinä takana ja niiden aiheuttaman melun takia pyysin huoneen vaihtoa. Uusi huone olisi ollut hotellin alemmissa kerroksissa. Maksamalla lisää saimme huoneen ylempää. Seuraavana päivän jouduimme taas vaihtamaan huonetta kylpyhuoneen vesivuodon takia. Tällä kertaa huoneen taso nousi ja saimme lisäksi pääsyn lounge -tiloihin. Tämä korvasi harmimme. Aamiaiset ja iltakäynnit loungessa olivat luksusta.
