Berjarak 3 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Yudanaka, Hotel Tsubakino memiliki pemandian air panas indoor dan outdoor dengan pemandangan puncak gunung bersalju. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The Japanese breakfast was a great experience (although we weren’t used to it). The hotel is also very clean. We tried the private onsen and massage service, both were excellent.

Staff were wonderful, always polite and always ready to help. Despite the location being a little out of the way, the resort does run an internal shuttle bus that is super convenient.

Prime location. 5 mins walk from Karuizawa station and easy access to Prince Shopping Mall too. You also can rent bikes and cycling down to city centre for more shops and restaurants. That was an enjoyable ride for us.

Big comfortable room with nice view of garden. The onsen facilities at the more expensive sister hotel are beautiful- indoor and outdoor baths, and in the forest. The shuttle bus took us from tsumago, and then back to train station the next day.
