It was a great, quality hotel with wonderful little extras like the rooftop onsen and sake bar. The breakfasts were exceptional- so many fantastic things to try, and delivered with such care. The deluxe family room was very spacious for a family of five.

Extremely beautiful surroundings, red maples were spectacular. The onsen was very fancy and pleasant, especially the areas outside under the red maples. The common area had cozy fireplace and free coffee and tea that we appreciated very much.
