Exceptional service the moment you step in to the hotel. I rented a car, and there was valet parking (24 h) provided. Parking was reasonable at 15000yen per day. Welcome drink was given, and guests could also get freebies like face masks, moisturizer, tea/ capsule coffee at the lounge to enjoy in the room. There's a coffee maker in the room. Great location too as it's only 10 min away from Naha airport via monorail with a sheltered walkway. There's also plenty of 24h convenience stores just across or below the building.

Breakfast is delicious. The staff were friendly. Location is great close to the tram and department store.

Right on the beach of Okinawa’s west coast with direct access to the stretch of white sands of Rizzan beach, Rizzan Sea Park Hotel offers 2 swimming pools, marine activities, tennis courts and 8 food... Our family stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be in a great location, about an hour from Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium to the north, 15 minutes from Cape Manzamo and Elephant Rock, and an hour from Naha City to the south. It’s an ideal base for exploring both northern and southern Okinawa. Waking up to breakfast with a view of the water was a highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including Japanese, Chinese, and Western dishes. The hotel has an old-school charm, reminding me of vacations I had as a kid in the 80's (i.e., rooms still using actual keys). We also appreciated the bouncy house outside for our son to play at, and the souvenir shop downstairs, making last-minute shopping easy before our departure.

All things considered, we had an extremely pleasant experience at The Richmond. . . . . , cleanliness, staff cordiality, and comfort were all "top-of-the-line"

Terletak di Naha, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Okinawa-Kenchomae hanya berselang 3 menit jalan kaki dari stasiun 2 Yuirail, dan 5 menit jalan kaki dari Kokusai-Dori yang ramai. Staff was so helpful & friendly! We came to see the Tug-O-War and it was the perfect location in regards to proximity to the event and to Ryubo Dept store plus Kokusai street. The rooms were so big and comfortable. We (including the kids) loved our stay! It’s just city-view but we weren’t coming for the view. I like that we had the option to do laundry and it’s actually affordable (¥200 per washer load—¥100 per 30mins in the dryer) The breakfast was ok—not a huge variety but still delicious.
