Opened in March 2014 just a 5-minute walk from Higobashi Subway Station, Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier has been listed in the Michelin Guide for 3 consecutive years. The Mitsui hotel is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was good, delicious, and fresh, with a great variety of Japanese and Western options. The bathroom has a Japanese-style layout—spacious and designed so you can sit down comfortably when showering. The toilet, bathroom, and sink are all separated, which is convenient and makes getting ready much easier. The bedroom was comfortable—not too tight—with chairs and a table for two people to sit and relax. I also appreciated the abundance of charging points. The headboard had charging ports, and the hotel even provided different types of USB connectors (Type B, Type C), which was very thoughtful. One of the best features of this hotel is the shuttle service to and from Osaka Station. It is extremely convenient, especially if you have heavy luggage. The shuttle is punctual, so it is important to follow the schedule closely. This connection makes it easy to travel to the airport or from the airport by taking the Haruka train from Kansai Airport to Osaka Station, then continuing with the hotel shuttle. The shuttle drops you off near the station entrance, making it a short and easy walk to board the train. Osaka Station also has luggage storage facilities, which is very convenient if you want to explore the city before your flight without returning to the hotel. The location itself is good. If you are not taking the shuttle, it takes about 6–8 minutes to walk to the Yotsubashi Line subway station. So you either wait comfortably for the hotel shuttle or walk directly to the subway—both options are convenient. My room faced the river view, and at night and early morning, it was beautiful with bustling streets and moving cars. It was not noisy, just pleasant to look at. The onsen was great too—clean, relaxing, and a nice way to unwind. Overall, a very pleasant, comfortable, and well-connected stay. The hotel offers excellent convenience in terms of transport, facilities, and comfort.
