The Hotel is literally 3minutes walking distance from the airport and really luxurious for an airport hotel. The staff was helpful throughout the entire time and the entire facility perfect for a short stayers that have to leave early from Osaka.

I loved the convenient location to and from Itami airport and option to use the airport bus from a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. I loved that the hotel was right at the Tennoji train station, and we were able to catch our train to and from locations in Wakayama prefecture very easily and then just walk to / from the hotel. The view from the room was a spectacular city view and our room was very comfortable - including the bed, bedding, pillows, shower, and amenities. I wanted to leave an item of value at the hotel before going on a multi-day hiking trek (Kumano Kodo) and the manager had given permission to leave it in a safe box for me. I didn't end up leaving it but it was excellent that I had the option and that the staff was so accommodating. We loved the tremendous and delicious breakfast buffet and views from the restaurant and the discount voucher for guests at the hotel.

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

The room was wonderful, clean, and spacious for two people and our luggage. The toilet and bathroom were just as clean complete with relevant amenities. Closet and room amenities were also provided with easy access to entertainment. Location was great, small walk to the subway station(s) which connects to either Osaka station or down to Namba and others. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and konbinis nearby; 7-Eleven just next to the hotel. Shuttle service is also provided though try to keep up with their schedules. the Staff were just as wonderful and accommodating.
