It's right in town but down a small lane, so you don't hear noise from busy main road. They also run a taxi service which is very reasonable!

This 1930s bungalow is sprawled across 98 acres of a tea plantation, at the foot of the Knuckles Mountain Range. The private waterfall was the highlight of this property. Plus the decor, interior and view from the property was wonderful. Great hospitality provided by the team. You can easily spend a day or two exploring the 98 acres.

Also good location to see around Sigiriya, Dambulla Cave Temple and get relaxed in nature. The buffet canteen is suitable for family travelers and couple like us.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool and sauna facilities, Arika overlooks peaceful greenery views. Guests enjoy comfortable guestrooms with air conditioning and a private terrace. Our stay at Arika Villa was beyond our expectations. The owner is a gem of a person and treat you as a your own family. Spectacular location , very close to sigriya loin fortress. Would like to stay in this villa again. Great food in house, artistic rooms and breath taking views!! 10 rating
