Amazing experience. We just spent a week with my wife and 2 young children. The setup feels very exclusive and private, villas are distanced from each other, and show a clear attention to details, inside out. And the staff was very attentionate, super friendly with the kids. Food was excellent. Well located between the different local points of interests.

What made our stay really memorable is the staff, from front desk agents, to waiters at the restaurants, to the guys driving us around with buggies, to people servicing our room. They have been amazingly kind and hospitable with us. It is difficult to pick one in particular, but if we have to name one we would say Kusal, who on our last day came especially to pick us from the lake and drove us back to the reception. Not only he gave us a small tour but also told us lots of interesting facts about the fishermen and the animals living in the area around the lak

They went above and beyond by arranging a complimentary pottery class and one-on-one yoga classes in addition to the 2.5 hours of daily personalized ayuverdic treatments. I was also able to enjoy nearly every meal in a different scenic spot on the beautiful Ayugiri property while observing fireflies or wild peacocks. Also, the rooms are so lush and beautifully designed with relaxation in mind! The staff were incredibly accommodating and gracious. And the ayuverdic treatments really helped my skin issues and helped me relax after a crazy travel schedule! Thank you for such special stay Ayugiri Team!

Nimal the property manager and his staff were great during our stay, and overall, we felt very taken care of. When we had trouble getting a tuk tuk via pickme/uber to get around, Nimal would help us get that sorted. No matter how late we got back, they'd always have someone waiting for us in the main concierge area to make sure everything's ok and get our breakfast order. When Nimal learned we were traveling to Ella on the day of checkout, he informed the kitchen staff and prepare a snack (delicious AND amazingly packaged sandwiches and bananas) and water for our travel. We'd stay here again!
