Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre, Amaranthe Bay Resort & Spa is located just 5 km north of the Trincomalee town on the beautiful East Coast of Sri Lanka. Exceptional service at a true 5-star hotel! We had such a wonderful 3-day stay that we decided to extend our visit at the end of our trip. The team arranged all of our activities seamlessly. A special thanks to the Guest Relations Executive, Sri Mayuran, who was extremely helpful, as well as Mithu from the restaurant —both made our holiday truly memorable. The hotel is spotless, the food is delicious, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

Trinco Blu by Cinnamon is a luxurious 4-star beachfront resort located 6.5 km from Trincomalee. It provides spacious accommodation with a freshwater pool, 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi. It was my second time staying here and it was as good as the first time around! Room was a decent size, cleaned every day, had hairdryer, safe, good water pressure, beach towels available, etc. The staff are all super friendly. Spa facilities excellent. Breakfast and dinner buffets catered for every taste - different variety each night which was great. WiFi was strong and reliable across the resort. The beach in front was fantastic for observing the local fishermen pulling in their nets with daily catches. Though you couldn’t swim in the ocean (waves too tough and an undercurrent), the beach was nice to walk along. It’s also a great location so that you feel a bit more secluded.

Anantamaa Hotel is tucked away in Trincomalee just steps away from the beach. Enjoy soothing spa treatments at the wellness centre or spend a quiet afternoon relaxing by the outdoor pool. Private access to the beach, good breakfast, nice and large swimming pool, super helpful staff, neat and clean rooms.
