Location: walking to downtown. Comfort: quiet, safe, comfortable Staff: very friendly, hospitable, nice Food: simple, but delicious and prepared fast. Coffee was excellent! The wood detail and architectural design seemed "boutique" quality

The hotel is lovely with the classic colonial architecture and with a pretty indoor garden. The room was comfy, spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The internet connection was better than any other place I have stayed in San Cristóbal.

The hotel is just one block away from the central square. The place is magnificent giving a historical ambiance. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay more days but the other places wait for us... But definitely will come back here.
