I drove to Casa Santa Lucia and spent Christmas there. I appreciate that they have secure parking just steps away from the hotel. It was centrally located for exploring. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good (I loved the hotcakes!). Marco gave me a choice of rooms when I arrived. I can't say enough good things about the room...the furniture, photographs, candles, lighting, toiletries, thick towels, the soft linen, and all the gorgeous touches. My absolute favorite thing was the fireplace that Marco lit for me every night. I've always dreamed of having a fireplace in my room. Heaven!

Situado em jardins tropicais, o Hotel Boutique Quinta Chanabnal está a 5 km do Sítio Arqueológico de Palenque. Lovely small hotel set in gorgeous gardens with a lake and swimming pools. We had two lovely large rooms across from the main building. Our rooms had lovely facilities and furnishings. We stayed for 2 nights and ate at the hotel each night which had a good menu choice. We had the continental breakfast which was enough for us but wider options also available. The hotel recommended Mildred Lucas for tour and jungle walk of the Palenque Archeological Zone. Mildred was amazing and we had the best guide and walk and I would highly recommend this for your visit to Palenque. We saw and heard howler monkeys whilst there so an extra special part of our visit too. We had a hire car and safe parking in the grounds of the hotel and we explored Palenque town a little too and lovely restaurants in the town available too. I would recommend this hotel and the small size provides a lovely feel and environment. We found all the staff here very friendly, helpful and professional. We would love to return.

Large well equipped room with the most comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was in a cafe across the square and was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre so lots of choice for eating out.

O hotel era muito confortável e super bem decorado. O quarto era ótimo, ficava no corredor principal o que implicava algum ruído mas sempre que pedíamos algum ajuste eram os primeiros a ajudar. Tivemos que sair super cedo e prepararam-nos un pequeno almoço para levar, foram incríveis!
