Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Friendly and professional staff. Feels like living in a real mexican home, with family. Breakfast was quick, wide selection. The staff are really accommodating. For sure I will stay there again. Hot water, environmentally-friendly hotel (awareness-raising signs on using water wisely, 100% smoe-free, etc.)

It was a wonderful stay in such an arty place! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the place is between two metro stations, very convenient to move around the city! Absolutely loved it! Extended my stay for one more day there because of this Mexican hospitality and if I had a chance to come back to Mexico City, “Casa Comtese” would be my first choice again! ¡Muchas gracias!

Mexico Cityn liikealueella sijaitseva Hotel Novit tarjoaa kattoaltaan, jolta on upea kaupunkinäköala. The staff don't change, which is a good sign for the management, and means they recognize that I am a frequent and loyal guest. The concierge team in particular (Juan Pablo, Rafael and Mario) is great. The hotel design is very basic but everything is pleasant, well maintained and functions well. The food in the dining room is good and provides a decent selection at a fair price. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the beds are comfortable and there are nice touches in the room like useful amenities, robes and a small kettle. The shower and toilet always work well. The location is excellent and with the exception of the rooms facing the roof top bar next door, the rooms are quiet. I have been to the best hotels in the world and I'll say that what one gives up in beauty and glamor at this hotel one wins back in consistent quality in spades. My go to hotel in Mexico City.
